     veilid-server can be run by power users to contribute, sounds like something @EmeraldOnion can run

     bootstrap uses DNS... to download keys

     so clearly not made for censorship resistance, poor design, easily defeated

     @yawnbox slide 10 says DNS is not required. If it means that you don't have to bootstrap with DNS, then this might be okay.

     @yawnbox if it's just for bootstrapping then it should be possible to patch this out to use any bootstrapping alternative e.g. an included fixed IP list from a text file, grabbing a bootstrapping file off IPFS or even a torrent.
