    To beta testers, could you give us feedback about the new markdown support?

    PS: if your instance already supports Markdown, it's a different matter.
    You have to enable extra-features and select the markdown format when posting with #Fedilab.

      @apps
      It seems to work, but I don't see any Markdown formatted messages in the wild, only test messages.

      A negative side effect of enabling this is that some plain text messages are missing line breaks, for example messages with ASCII art or the lists by @fediverseobserver .

      It works fine, but sometimes something initially confusing is happening:
      https://mastodon.gamedev.place/@grumpygamer/110848825436761531

      Here I wasn't sure what was happening shortly after the update, until I had a look in the browser and remembered the changelog "markdown support added".
      Don't know if it would be possible to implement a fast toggle like for the date format (one click and I see the absolute and not relative one, love it), to switch between formatted and original.

        Attached: 1 image Another day another dollar*. Spent the weekend doing a deep dive into how Diablo II does weapons and loot. Fascinating but it seems overly complex. It feels good to play so maybe it needs to be. I'm doing a much simpler version but there are some neat things I learned. * Except for the dollar part. #indiedev #gamedev #pixeltodo

      @ShinyBook
      A fast toggle could be a solution. Thanks for the suggestion.
