I have no idea honestly, I'm looking around and trying to draw it but failing. I hand my arms totally over a barbell with 5-10 lbs pl8s in each hand and rotate them up. It's weird to explain. I'll look around though.

I think I just pulled a muscle, that's all. It'll be fine. If it gets bad enough I'll kill myself with a shotgun.

Don't. I wish I could show you the best shoulder thing I ever learned. Basically grab 5 lbs pl8s, rest your arms totally over a squat height barbell so your armpits are pretty much touching the barbell, and just rotate in a semi-circle motion. Then start doing face pulls. This healed me up many times messing my shoulder up.

@matty Plenty of shoulder rehab work to do (and other rehab exercises) so you don't actually have to stop going to the gym. Skill work time, don't fuck around.
Or you can just be one of those guys who comes and tells me I'm doing squat variations wrong and also that they don't even do squats anymore because they fucked up their knees.

Good workout today but man I messed up my shoulder.

9000 hours in paint. red thing is a barbell. Arms are kind of locked in position but slightly bent, all of the rotation coming from the shoulders.
