   @emilygorcenski I am wondering, if EU users are safe(ish)? Around §10 there is a lonely "...if applicable by law..." and I am unsure, if such processing would require an explicit consent within the EU?

     @emilygorcenski 10.2 seems like normal business operations stuff. 10.4 is more problematic, though it mostly seems like boilerplate ass covering "you can't sue us for providing the services we provide"
