Asking "if #NPS is bad, what one metric should we use instead?" is a lot like asking "if this magic wand doesn't work, should we try a staff or an orb?"
@PavelASamsonov NPS passed the “Goodhart’s law” threshold when it was massively adopted as a ~metric~, er incentive. —— Goodhart's Law states that “when a measure becomes a target, it ceases to be a good measure.” In other words, when we use a measure to reward performance, we provide an incentive to manipulate the measure in order to receive the reward.
