@3T@enduser I was introduced by someone to this device RTL-SDR.. Its a cheapo softwared defined radio for 30$.. its only a receiver but still an interesting thing and could do a lot.. I was thinking of buying it.
@3T@enduser Some people push Internet of Things a lot and say connect everything to the internet as its cool.. But the truth is that the entire infrastructure of Internet globally is very fragile.. One mistake and everything could come down... Also its under the control of the governments they can turn off the switch whenever they want.
@3T@enduser Also in my country the entire internet and communication infrastructure depends upon these submarine cables.. that is why communication is soo cheap.. when ever these cables break by accident.. usually this happens around egypt on the suez canal.. the internet in the entire country slows down significantly the alternate backbone is through satellite and its significantly slower.
@3T@enduser In rural areas you can get 3g and 4g signals by installing those mobile signal boosters in your property.. me and my friend experiment with it on his rural property and it works.
@3T@enduser Few years back I went to Cholistan desert with my friend and I was presently surprised that we were receiving GSM signals in the middle of Cholistan desert.. Humans were trying to encroach upon the wilderness from every side.. there are very few actual wilderness left.
@3T@enduser In big cities we have broadband available 4G, fiber optic and dsl and its cheap.. I pay around 10$ for 15MB unlimited FTTH connection.... outside of big cities the coverage is spotty.. you will get 4G on main highways but beyond that more away you go from the mobile towers it switches to GSM network. In rural areas the 4G coverage is very spotty.
@3T@safiuddinkhan I don't have the bandwidth for images in this parking lot. But the correct answer is the wheelchair wheels on Professor X's wheelchair.
