   The last sentence is simply not true.

   To determine whether the donors are guilty of a crime, you need to look up the crime, list the elements, and see if there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt to support each element. They will also need the requisite mens rea.

     Agreed. "Lock him up" is what comes after investigation, development of evidence, grand jury testimony, rulings by an impartial judges, a full and fair defense, selection of a representative jury for the trial, the hearing of testimony from honest witnesses, evaluation of the evidence by a jury, a conviction by a jury, appeals, then the "lock him up" part may happen.

     Trump could also turn in the Republican billionaire donors who funded his coup, and avoid jail.
