   Clients should actually use the Prev and Next fields of the HTTP Link header for pagination. That way it's not reliant upon any particular format.

     @silverpill @alex @eriner this is actually a great argument for why you shouldn't use sortable ids considering that the API requires them so now if you want to make your own db you have to use the same id schema. masto api sucks so bad lol
