     @LCWebsXOXO Houston is already the most Democrat-leaning part of the state. I guess we can hope that this issue increases voter turnout, but it's hard to be optimistic. People who are beat down like this tend to turn away from politics, which decreases their likelihood of voting. It's part of the reason why GOP cruelty is such a winning strategy for maintaining power.

     @SarahBreau it's just so sad. The parents with means, I'm sure will pull their kids from that awful place. The most vulnerable kids will be forced to stay.
