     2? Wouldn’t it be 11? I don’t understand why the 5 is in there, but:

     >>> 6000000 / 365 / 24 / 60 11.415525114155251

     If they’re trying to only count weekdays and not weekends, 52 weeks * 5 gives you 260, so

     >>> 6000000 / 260 / 24 / 60 16.025641025641026

     So somewhere between 11 ~ 16 per min on average … seems plausible.
