   @mrrulf That is a common misconception, you need separate accounts just like you need a separate Twitter and Instagram account!

     Hi @dansup, I finally took the time and downloaded the pixelfed app and made an account via the mastodon sign-up. However now I'm asking myself, why do I have multiple accounts now, one for pixelfed, one foe mastodon, isn't the purpose of the fediverse that u need only one account? Or did I get something wrong?
