      This is true, a workout is fine when it's freezing but if it's already too hot it can be miserable.

      Same with trying to sleep. Getting all bundled up and under blankets when it's cold is very comfortable, even if you are still a little chilly. Lying naked on a bed without even a sheet while you sweat is awful.

      Basically Canada.

      It doesn't happen often, but there is always at least 4-6 weeks where it doesn't get above freezing in the winter.

      It doesn't always get THAT cold, but -25C is pretty normal for at least a week.

      It's expensive and doesn't always work. Especially if you have a central unit and there isn't good airflow. Also if it's hot enough AC can't cope with it.
