Anyway, #Retrocomputing quiz time!
What's this connector (bonus: what does it plug into)? (use CW's with replies so to not spoil it for others)

@thomasfuchs it's a NeXT, so it obviously plugs into the
@rotopenguin hahaha
@thomasfuchs isn't the icon on the connector + the color kinda giving away the game?
@ScottE I mean I would have thought so, but I guess no if you look at the replies
@mejs that’s correct, in this case it’s my color 21” NeXT display. But… there’s two cables, and only one goes to the display…
@thomasfuchs NeXT MegaPixel Display cable connected to a NeXTstation?
Hint: it’s not a dual VGA splitter
@polpo Yes, correct. The breakout box has sound as well as keyboard and mouse connectors.
@thomasfuchs I’ve never seen this up
close in person but doesn’t it go to both the monitor and an audio breakout box on a NeXT cube?
@SweetAIBelle that is correct, however it doesn’t explain why there’s two cables coming out of the connector…
@thomasfuchs
Well, that's a NeXT logo on the cable, the icon on the port it's plugged into looks like a monitor, and it looks about the same size as an old mac monitor cable, so probably a monitor cable for a NeXT computer?
It’s the monitor and “soundbox” out on a NeXTstation Color. The cable splits in two, one goes to the monitor, the other to the “soundbox”, which is a little box that sits on your desktop that has plugs for audio, mouse and keyboard.
@thomasfuchs it's not double-vga, and it has a box, so...
Multi-spool printing?!
@thomasfuchs What's the obnoxious thing that makes it hard to run Next's headless?
