Yeah? That's what that means? Maybe they think it sounds too definite and authoritative, like it's an innate quality, when really it's a matter of opinion?
But I don't see this complaint when someone says a movie is stupid, smart, fun, boring, embarrassing, amazing, low-brow, an instant classic, derivative, groundbreaking, etc.
