     Long term I want to get fiber, which has 1:1 upload/download. If that happens I might host Gleasonator out of my home. Short term I have basic cable internet. I plan to host review apps and CI runners, and maybe a few small websites.

     Do you get a static IP address from Comcast and high upload speed?
     
     Upload can never equal download speed through cable but it can be much faster than the stock speed for a premium, right?
