A drawing can be illegal if the average person, applying contemporary community standards, would find that the work, taken as a whole, appeals to the prurient interest; the work depicts or describes, in a patently offensive way, sexual conduct specifically defined by the applicable state law; and the work, taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value.
     
     You're literally saying you look at these images and fantasize about "children" depicted therein to sexually gratify yourself. Your admission causes the image to lack any 1A protection.

     @Humpleupagus @Sui @malakai Drawings aren't illegal in the united states as far as I'm aware, and they shouldn't be because they don't harm anyone. Pencil and canvas. Freedom of expression.

     Photographs are illegal because they are harmful to produce, obviously.
