   @SigmaOne there is a difference between markets, the exchange of goods, and capitalism, the accumulation of wealth based on exploitation of workers using private property

     some capitalism *could* be fine actually in a not post-state society

     the issue is that the "free market" keeps showing that it's incapable of self-regulating, so instead the state must provide some baseline service for free to essentially force competition into the market, because people will get the choice to simply not buy a sevice if a capitalist's offer sucks
