My guess is that Elk and Phanpy are the most popular. Kaiteki is interesting for its wide server support, Trunk for its integration with iOS and Android app. Semafore is a continuation of Pinefore, but I think I see pinefore mentioned more often for some reason. Mastodeck and Sengi are the best direct TweetDeck replacements I think
