     A while back they sneaked a rule into the global rule set that makes it a bannable offense to use racial slurs on any board but /b/. They selectively enforce that and the "trolling" rule on /pol/ to shut down any discussion that starts getting real traction. Instead they let any thread that promotes confusion and infighting run free even if it contains things that are technically against the rules.
     
     The intent of crafting a userbase incapable of radicalizing and organizing is very clear.
