   @futurebird How am I coping? It helped a lot when I found a group of anonymous weirdos on Mastodon who put little yellow stars on my rants so I feel like I’m not crazy.

   Don’t underestimate the power of giving people little moments of feeling like they’re not crazy.

     Listening to all of the heat records being broken gets me really upset in a very unproductive and unhelpful way.

     I try to turn the fear, helplessness, frustration around by thinking of something that I can do to push back, prepare, educate, preserve--

     But sometimes the dread just -- makes that hard.

     How are you coping?
