Find an instance which allows for these formats (links should be displayed on the right of the results) or host your own. Go to settings -> privacy and change HTTP Method to GET. While still in settings go to engines and in video category select only YouTube.
Now search for something, select videos and you should get link for RSS on the right. -

So far, I only found one paid service that offers this (~ USD 100/year) - but before I subscribe to that, I wanted to #ask if someone has a FOSS/cheaper solution.
