     It's a co-incidence I can assure you!

     I'm not a developer, I commissioned a non-developer artist on here to do a drawing of a fox and that's what they came up with.

     There's no way to follow an account on an instance that your instance has blocked (suspended).

     There is another kind of milder block called silencing where you can follow people, but this isn't really a proper block.

     Don't do these things.

     Instead, lock your account and set your default post visibility to followers-only. Also, don't use hashtags, and UNtick the box about "suggest account to others".

     It means your post is more likely to be shared, as a lot of people will not share posts that have undescribed attachments.
