     @Gargron ah, personally this feels like it's the same old. This on month end weekend when I'm supposed to relax.

     Last month it was false bans. This month it's rate limiting. We're so tired.

     @Gargron I saw speculation that it may be his service providers throttling his service level back, since Elmo hasn't been paying them for some time. This level of service will lead to advertisers suing for not getting the eyeball count they paid for.
