   the stress you are feeling right now is entirely in your mind. there is no imminent outside threat and nothing is going to hurt you.
   
   even if you do nothing now, no great harm will come to you. nobody will physically chastise you. if others think less of you, this cannot hurt you. that's entirely outside of you.
   
   your mind is the source of all the bad feelings you have. those bad feelings do not exist outside of it.
   
   the outside - school/uni/work - are only temporary and not important. what you consider important now, how little will it seem in a week or a year or a decade?
   
   you can influence your mind. you can choose to not feel stressed. you choose this and push away the stress. you feel calm and relieved.
