for what it's worth there was a time when it came in super handy with me when i was trying to travel frugally and had a dog with me. like, rent a guest room in someone's house for like 30 bucks a night? awesome deal considering the alternatives.

A model like Airbnb may work with minimal problems in a White ethnostate. Once you add niggers, etc the problems overwhelm the system. Esp if you can't even deny rentals to "inspiring diversity".

Traditional leases generate much lower income than AirBnB did in its heyday. Likely won't cover the mortgage payments many of these AirBnB "entrepreneurs" set up.

That's because it was all fake. They were just bribing the homeowners with VC cash to bootstrap the operation and get them into the system. Somehow, this is not legally considered a fraudulent scheme.

they'll try to rent them out with traditional leases first. it probably won't work out the way they would hope.

Why would it matter if they’re “in the system”? They’ll only participate if it makes financial sense.
