   In the Web Mastodon client (enhanced web interface), who decides what goes into the People tab of the Getting started / Explore view? The choices are bizarre, and they don't seem to change.

     If they're not changing, it's probably because your server's admin has set them manually.

     "It is based on how many people on that server follow the account and boost its posts, and server admins can optionally add suggestions manually too."
