   @charlie_root @Eiregoat I can only imagine how horrible Reddit was in 2020, I basically jumped ship when that woman became CEO Ellen, all my favourite subreddits got banned

     I stuck around for Paoyongyang, I still had some vain hope they might cave because the site's userbase was in outright rebellion, literally no one liked her.
     
     Then they put Steve Huffmin in charge and basically said "reddit, we have heard your cries for more censorship and we will provide the tools your mods need to do it."
     
     It was absolutely ridiculous and there was no point sticking around. I really hope that site dies in a fire. I still use it under protest because half of the shitty tech companies use it as their tech support forum.

     @Eiregoat @charlie_root @billy_hughes Fuck Leddit. I'm a Discord refugee. I'm still on it, but I built bridges from it to Matrix and Telegram. When they get around to banning my current account, I'm not sure I'm going to make a new one
