     Great cover for Putin to purge opponents, as well as legit terrorists and their families (like the ones who attacked the Russian Bases near a Ukraine and (Belarus)

     On the surface, the premise is crap.

     Oh, it's happening. On a few Russian TV channels.

     Army is distracted and there are some divisions in it. Also there are more PMC's. Some theorize that Putin is behind it to strengthen his position.

     There are also those idiots who were messing around Belgorod. There might be more of them.

     Still low chance of success.
