Happy to talk in more detail. Things I want for any of the paid services:
* an actual service level agreement
* platform is updated regularly and never worryingly behind on security patches
* customer service folks who respond to me personally because I'm a customer
I assume a filehosting site can have some way to responsibly say "if you stop paying, we try hard to notify you, then archive your stuff, then delete your stuff"
