   So here's what makes me nervous about the Fediverse: Over the weekend, two admins had a disagreement & defederated their servers. They then resolved their differences and refederated.

   Only problem is, all follows across those two servers were broken and people now need to recreate them manually. And depending on whether or not they were following the drama, they may not even know why it happened.

   This is, in a word, bad. It puts a burden on users for something that was out of their control.

     @rlux @thomasfuchs Hopefully it is a learning experience where admins understand better that throwing that switch has real, long-term consequences that they didn't think about. I hope…
