This is a test case for the ADL. They want to make any speech critical of jews illegal. Here they'll start creating precedent by going after a child who did so in school.
Under current law, 1A free speech is limited in an educational context, so I do think that the school could punish him. Nonetheless, the criminal law does not change because the acts took place in or in relation to a school. The kid still has all 1A defenses with respect to it.
I think the ADL wants to extend the 1A limitations to the criminal context where the statements are made at or in relation to a school, and thereby control all speech a child may engage in whether inside or outside of school due to children's near constant relationship to a school.
@BobsonDugnuttHB@Paulyfrog64 You guys need to read the article. It is some of the most stereotypical kikery in motion. Holy shit.
Lemme 'summarize' the juicy bits.
>Robblee tried to quiet his students one day, the boy began spewing homophobic slurs, so the teacher removed him from class >School officials later held a “restorative circle,” in which the student, Robblee and an administrator reflected on the incident >The student didn’t actually say anything during the meeting,” Robblee told Insider. “That probably should have cued me that this was not going to end.
He put him in sensitivity training over something that was in all likelihood him saying "fruity" or something. I got in trouble for saying "shoot" in highschool instead of 'shit' when some power tripping teacher felt like using Columbine as a cudgel.
>things took a turn for the worse after the teacher showed up in class wearing a yarmulke (...) prompting the student to make hateful comments about it >A few days after being sent to detention, Robblee said the boy gave him sketch of Hitler standing over a dead person labeled “Jew,” surrounded by swastikas and canisters labeled “gas.”
We've only seen the head of the Hitler drawing and the very milquetoast put down which didn't contain a single slur or profanity. I refuse to believe this is real without evidence and since it wasn't released with the other images I won't believe it now.
>News outlet Insider said it has viewed the sickening drawing, which also featured the words “Sorry Jew,” in what the student said was an apology letter.
But I do believe this one, it is in line with the rest of his passive aggressive behavior (that he started)
You lose with me and you lost with your fucking school district. How miserable of a fucking human being do you have to be for the following to happen?
>“He really wanted to get his point home,” Robblee told the outlet about the student, who was eventually suspended and removed from the teacher’s class. >But he told Insider that the harassment continued in the hallways and that the boy made jokes about the Holocaust, including gas chambers. He said the student also emailed him insults about his teaching.
OY VEY I GOT HIM SUSPENDED AND HE WOULDN'T STOP.
Even if I believed this, at this point you deserved it.
>The boy, who has not been named because of his age, faces a misdemeanor charge of criminal harassment.
If he didn't hate Jews before he does now. Great work.
>Robblee said he filed a complaint with his union in May, citing an unsafe work environment
hahaha
>told the Central Berkshire Regional School District in a letter that the boy would “further be at risk of a deeper radicalization of hate, one which will lead to violence,”
HAHAHA
>“I am not bothered by the ignorant comments of a child,” Robblee reportedly wrote in a statement to be read at a meeting to end the boy’s suspension. “I am bothered that, without proper intervention, this hate will continue to fester.”
If you weren't bothered none of this would have happened.
If you didn't want the hate to fester you wouldn't have- for lack of a better word- persecuted him.
>The district later placed Robblee on administrative leave
A. PUBLIC. SCHOOL. DID. THIS. How awful do you have to be for a public school to do this?
>citing the student’s allegations that the teacher made a face at him in a hallway >Robblee told Insider that he stuck his tongue out at the student in a moment of frustration after the boy swore at him. >The teacher also was accused of speaking about the student in front of other children, but he denies that allegation, the paper reported
Absolutely true and this wasn't the only thing this manchild did. It is blatantly obvious there was way more to it than this.
The child seems slow, at best, given his penmanship. This teacher mocked him for being stupid. I guarantee it.
Maybe subtly. Maybe outright. But he did and his classmates saw it and the faculty saw it and they didn't like it. They sided with the 85 IQ 7th grader over the manbun operator.
>Schools Superintendent Leslie Blake-Davis declined to discuss the incidents for confidentiality reasons >The district then either introduces “accountable consequences,” such as detention or suspensions, or “restorative interventions,” such as anti-bias training >“One of the things we found as a district that’s really empowering is to make sure we’re involving student voice and student leadership in this work that we do,” she said.
THIS PERSON FIRED ROBBLEE. Look at the language she uses. This person was so insufferable a person like this got rid of him.
Though I also now strongly suspect the student was black. I don't see a white student surviving this in Massachusetts.
