     i'll agree with that except that there's not much correlation even
     
     there's been fires burning like crazy since may out west
     
     the only reason that we're talking about it at all is suddenly it affects new york and toronto due to prevailing winds
     
     (for much of the season so far the winds have been ass-backwards, which is part of the reason the weather is so off)
