companies turn bad when they get a board 🙄
Or go public.

So true! Private companies never do anything wrong!!!

No way, what the heck?!? A board of directors is elected to represent the shareholders?!? That’s just evil!!!
-

Of course not! Private companies are angels which are not regulated by the federal government.
I take that back, they are regulated but when companies go public there is a CEO "club" and your board is effectively created for you.
Private companies can run and govern themselves.

Yes capitalism is the root of all evil, so all companies are bad.
But fr when jews control the investment system going public is essentially the same as aligning yourself with satan.

So true! It’d be better if all business was privately held without participation from the underclasses!

Either way tbh, the only ppl that should be able to invest in massive corporations that require ridiculous amounts of capital are the rich, the poor have no business getting involved!!

You mean participation of the ultra rich on behalf of the underclasses?
Because that's what *actually* is happening right now.

So true! There should always be one supreme leader and owner that can do whatever they want!

Of course it's evil lol. This is why all corporate governing documents need to have a "key man" clause.
So, the board can never kick the owner out. lol

I don't actually believe that is true. The system very heavily punishes greedy people. Imagine the fediverse, but it's a bunch of business owners.
I currently finance business purchases through a supplier and don't actually use a bank. Capitalism allows for choice and competition for consumers.
In reality the capitalism you "see on T.V" is a HYPER small portion of the market. 99.9% of all businesses in the US have less than 500 employees lol.
The problem we are experiencing, I think, is because of where profit incentives are. Right now, consumerism is bad because I am seeing really concerning trends. In lumber for example, commercial demand has forced the industry to grow trees faster and faster, leading to Lower quality wood.
Houses won't last 100 years anymore.
I think the current economy is moving faster and faster and things are thrown away quicker and quicker.
But, it is not "the system" of capitalism. It's people being dicks. lol

it's not rocket science, people are just shitty.

Capitalism is a shitty system because it holds the pursuit of private gains above all else and trains people to be materialistic and doesn't attempt to protect things which don't lead to financial profits.
It's not the entire problem but it's a weak system which allows evil to subvert it and even when people follow it's intentions it still leads to bad outcomes.

If you think capitalism is the problem, you've clearly never read capitalism's rules. lol

The board of directors exists to protect the interests of the stakeholders. That’s their job.

“Investment advice” depends on a lot of factors.

The biggest issue is there’s very little regulation and oversight over massive multinationals. They can p much do whatever they want, esp in tech, because they’re in bed with government and it’s a revolving door of corruption.

I've been robbed by employees. Sued by customers, not paid by customers had my time wasted by banks and stupid bullshit and generally get shit on lol. No one helps you and everyone wants something from you.
People = shit
just about all of them.
I say that sort of tongue in cheek because I genuinely enjoy good conversation, but I'm sorry, most people suck.
