     Looks like mentions to #Pixelfed users from #Mastodon users still vanish into the ether, with the sender on the Mastodon side none the wiser that their message was never received.

     #Fediverse platforms really need to sort this out. I can't recommend Pixelfed to people I know would want to use it, especially with its new Instagram import feature, so long as things people send them never reach them without them having any idea. It's not a feature (as some claim).
