     If the machine doesn't even know "something went wrong", how would it know to log anything about this event it isn't aware of?

     @feld @Cat @Samflir "Something goes wrong" is defined by not matching what the user wants. Not in all cases can the machine even know "something went wrong" to know to tell the user.
