     @Polychrome I wish I had this little girl's energy when I was growing up. Instead I made an ill-conceived attempt to fit in and be normal (it didn't work).

     @Polychrome this rules. It took me way too long to realize that all these situations are perfectly fine. I don't need to be liked by all other people, especially not those that don't accept me the way I am. Luckily I ran into a bunch of friends who did just that. Not sure if I would have ever made it to this conclusion without them. 🥰
     Having kids, I would love to help them along in this regard, but I feel like this is something that must be experienced and cannot be taught. 😩
