     @kura @dansup AP safety upgrade. If you block someone/an instance they can't ever fetch the origin post from your server because your instance rejects their signature. Which means scrapers cant use the API to scrape.

     @kura the reason I'm asking @dansup about it is that pixelfed gets 401 declines when Authorized Fetch is enabled on my instance (like now).
