     Very innovative way to deal with that issue. A mini-encyclopedia containing tips like that would be useful, i.e. user-created, a feditipopedia
     or fedopedia, which would work, an operating manual for spaceship fediverse (borrowing from Buckminster Fuller)

     This is one big problem with Mastodon embedding: it requires a lot of data.
     
     And data requirements compound when you embed posts from multiple servers.
     
     As @davatron5000@mastodon.social notes, Mastodon embeds could easily result in 10MB blog posts.
     
     Which is perhaps why you *shouldn't* embed a Mastodon post but instead screenshot it and provide a link with alt text.
     
     Or if you want to be even more efficient with data, just do quotes with a link.
