     @tommyyum the long and short is that they have a small moderation team and huge number of bots and so don't deal with spam well, so people are considering kicking them from their timeline for bad behaviour

     @silverwizard @tommyyum I've only had 1 so far, and locked up my account a while ago.

     I hate the idea of the fediverse fragmenting without a good off-ramp from mastodon.social to the rest of the fediverse.
