     @truthaddict @electronwarier Water isn't wet by any definition of "wet".
     
     A liquid can not be wet if in arrangement with its own modules.
     
     If you introduce two liquids can then one we wet? That's upto debate. But a liquid in this case h2o can't wet itself.

     @colinsmatt11 @truthaddict I thought the Fed set monetary policy. The Fed is not part of the US government. It is a private corp.
