   @jo @ada @shoq @thatonecalculator @panos Do you have any examples of abuse on calckey.social that have thus far not been addressed by moderators? We are always looking to improve things, and we're continuously trying to build the diversity of our mod team.

     @ada @shoq@mastodon.social It's still only getting half of it right if #calckey is gonna be a voice for decentralisation of the #Fediverse but not for safety. There's a large conversation going on about marginalised folx and safety and most devs seem to be absent from following it, and the evangelists silent in raising it.
     
     Let me point you to my QT of part of just one of @mekkaokereke@hachyderm.io 's threads in case you've never seen them.
     
     It's absolute privilege to be pushing the tech conversation with the bros while absent from the ones about actually existing safety issues.
     
     Moderators seem almost invisible at calckey.social for example, despite @atomicpoet@mastodon.social stressing moderation when allaying fears about QTs; it's often left to individual users to mention using CWs, and for the most part folx there aren't using them. That's taken a lot of the shine off for me tbh.
