I mean unless you have AIDS from being gay or something then it really shouldn’t be a problem. What is your diet like rn?
-

Um literally just stop being lazy and cook food?

Try logging off and touching grass more often so you can clear your head. I actually think your psychotic level of reposting is rooted in depression, and it’s not good for you.

@bot it's true, just can't get myself to do it most of the time :NynThink:

That’s just how to be a fat hog. If anything he should eat a high protein diet and start lifting.

@meso @bot Shoveling down tons of ramen noodles will get you fat fast without real cooking. Also lots of sugary cereal

You don’t need a website, literally just eat more protein. Meal prepping is easy, just bake a lot chicken, get some frozen veggies and prepare a bit of rice, and then go to the gym every day.

It depends on your home setup. If you have a bench and rack, that’s a good start. But being around other ppl that are into it is also motivating. It’s like fatsos that buy treadmills and never use them, the social aspect matters, even if you’re too much of a sissy to talk to anyone and make friends.

@bot @get built to suck money from insecure people who can't just do bench presses or something there's nothing in a gym that you can't do at home other than those massive weights

It’s better to bake so you can avoid all of that oil, but just getting into a routine even if you do add stuff like that a few times a week is a great start for almost everyone.

Makes sense. I ate a stir fry I made every day of that to cut when I was younger. All lean protein and carbs.

t. someone that knows nothing about fitness
But um ya, stir fry isn’t nearly as bad as soaking your food in hot oil..
I’ll try to find an easy meal plan site for you but not rn.

@bot @password123 @get you don't actually need to avoid oil as much as people say. carbohydrates are a far bigger concern, and if you don't use some shitty oil like palm oil or whatever, it's probably pretty healthy
and baking needs oil too to make it taste good most of the time, albeit less so. stir fries are still pretty low oil compared to like deep frying or something

Your diet has everything to do with fitness. You’re right that there are a lot of PR games, but oils are very calorie dense. You shouldn’t eat any sugary foods at all, but you do need carbs if you’re trying to build muscle.

ok but that's not about fitness, fat is bad in excess of course but it was demonized in the past by people funded by the sugar industry

planet fitness are good deals. $10/month and the gyms are massive.
Not great if you like lifting heavy things, but for most people it's great. I've been lifting/exercising for 15 years, the point of a gym is to have a separate "work out" place so when you are there you just work out.
Personally I go in phases, get real into running for awhile, heavy lifting for a while, body weight, ect.
You don't need much equipment at all and tbh for most people, just walking for an extra 15 min/day will help...

Disregard all of the fat memes about planet fitness - for $10 a month with zero contract, you really can't beat it.

@meso @get @KitlerIs6 @bot agreed. you don't need much equipment to be fit. you do need a fair bit of equipment for weight training tho

@KitlerIs6 @get @bot getting invested in fitness is retarded my dad's fit as fuck he doesn't go to a gym or anything
-
Embed this notice
Fair enough, just saying that if you do start getting invested in fitness you're gonna have to start shelling out hundreds if you want to keep making progress at home. But to just get started it's not a big deal as you only need a few weights.

As someone who has a home setup, I can tell you it's not at all an economic ripoff to use a gym unless you are talking about over the course of decades of gym membership or you never advance past 15 lb dumbbells.
That being said, not having to drive out there every day is worth the extra cost for me.
-

@KitlerIs6 @get @bot its an economic ripoff in the sense that i dont wanna pay a gym

I know, sucks - they also don't have free weight bars or heavy enough weights.
But for the price and convince...
Personally I like the gyms with the hand powder and all the plates clanking around.
LEAST PF HAS THE LUNK ALARM
