As long as it's presented correctly, it's frictionless. I consider that a strength. -

This was just a shitpost 😉 Everything is all very early and we don't know what the future holds. I believe the fully decentralized model behind Nostr will attract an entirely different subset of user (and business) compared to Bluesky. -

It’s a small team building a protocol. The current app is a proof of concept and reference for what can be built. The public benefit LLC has a board, which I’m on. It’s the main thrust building the protocol.
A different development model than nostr, which is much more decentralized and bottoms up. There will be a lot more bottoms up on Bluesky as more developers use the various APIs, but started completely differently. I think it’s generally good to explore different models.
