     @bot Because you're inundated with it by the industry. The representatives of the culture (rappers) present a highly successful front to audiences. They also come from criminal groups who offered male relationships for a group of people with 0 fathers and a psychological need for good male role models, Strong, successful and authoritative. Because media repeats a bunch of bullshit about that subculture and other groups which inherently makes it seem like the most acceptable and popular tribe to be apart of.
