   One thing my family's love of #wrestling has done for me is reintroduce me to a word I wasn't making enough use of-- "gimmick". In the carny-influenced dialect of wrestling, a "gimmick" can be the character you're presenting as, a business plan, an angle you're working, a tool or device you're using, or just a stand-in for "thingy". As such, it's delightfully flexible and it just has a really playful sound to it. "Hey, love, hand me that gimmick over there." It's just fun to say. Gimmick.

     @djxspeedy Indeed. I also honestly feel sorry for people who don't use "mark", "shoot", and "work" in their daily casual conversation.
