  @thomasfuchs @dynode See, what you do is… First, toast the bread. Then pull out the GOOD goat brie, slice it very thin, cover the toast with it and broil until bubbly and melted. Then spread a small spoonful of GOOD jam on top. Apricot-pepper works particularly well for this. <I am now very hungry.>
