I reread this blog post by @leigh & @vaurora after many years (it was linked to in a discussion of ethical breaches) and it remains a great reminder that certain acts often conventionally viewed by society as "minor" infractions should be taken more seriously as potential pointers to broader patterns of unethical behaviour.
