     I found a space station, hundreds were walking inside. I sent a message.
     "Good day, this is SDS-1. Can you hear me? Over”
     I was interrupted by a targeting laser signal.
     I tried to manuve, but the fuel was out. I checked equipment and found missile launcher. Destruction those missiles caused on Earth.
     Regret had wiped away memories. They were the last remaining people.
     Laser hit me, and I listen the human voice which I was waiting for a century.
     "Target destroyed!"

     The Sky Seed was the basis for the new space station the government would build over the next decade. The station would be the Factory Of The Future­™. Everything would be developed there. Mass produced on Mars, of course, but designed there. Most companies had already bought space for their development units. Living space would be comfortable enough. Then "They" came. The station had to be converted into a mass destruction weapon. Just as its designer had planned…

     @ewdocparris The rotation, even though barely perceptible, had a calming effect on Miles White. There was a time, he remembered, when he was allowed on an EVA and he was able to hold on while the central unit spun. Whenever he felt his heart begin to race, he sat down and recalled this experience. He would breathe deeply, close his eyes & let his body relive that one moment of freedom.

     His mind wandered.

     "Today is your day, inmate."

     Miles looked up.

     "Your last EVA."

     Miles's head drooped.

Then new Air Force surveillance satellites worked out the shift patterns.
