     Feeling nauseated after coming back from Japan to USA. Food in Japan didn't cause any noticeable nausea, even after eating a piece of normal bread with gluten!

     But even minor gluten contamination in North America causes strong nausea and stomach pain within a couple hours. (Or maybe some other substance common in North American food. ?)
