     Matrix has a place. Take me for instance, my wife didn't like any XMPP clients she tried but did like Element. I now get to mesage her on Matrix instead of SMS. Do I like XMPP more myself ? Yep but I will take Matrix over SMS any day.

     Matrix shouldn’t even to exist, and we should pour more efforts into XMPP and its clients :xmpp:
